All sales are final. Please review item descriptions and images closely before deciding to order.
Depending on your country’s governmental policies, you may incur additional fees to receive your package. These are fees paid by you to your postal carrier and imposed by your country of residence. We are not responsible for any fees which you may incur beyond the sales price of the item(s) ordered as advertised on our website or for our products listed and sold by Amazon or any other online or in-person retailer, plus shipping charges (see above). We urge all customers to contact their local postal office to inquire about customs and duty rates and take this into consideration before deciding to order from us.
We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses supplied by the buyer. Please make sure you are submitting the correct shipping address when placing an order with us. We are also not responsible for packages which are lost or stolen after they have been delivered.
Live Raw Food Classes
Registration fees are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another scheduled class or to another person (i.e., you can send a friend in your place) if you are unable to attend the original class/date. We reserve the right to cancel the class due to lack of sufficient interest (less than five registered participants by 72 hrs before the start of the class). In such a case, all money paid to us for registration fees will be refunded in full. Due to limited class sizes, participants are not considered ‘registered’ for a class until we have received payment for participation.
